Serious Seats is founded by Ed Levine and overlord of Serious Eats, as well as creator and host of the Serious Eats podcast. But Serious Seats has five editors and creative directors which all so runs the blog. Another leader in the blog is  J. Kenji López-Alt which is the managing culinary director of Serious Eats and author of the James Beard Award–nominated column The Food Lab, in which he unravels the science of home cooking. This blogs talks to people who are interested in cooking and learning different ways on how to cook in better and faster ways.
